高层建筑消防监督管理模式创新研究

Innovative Research on the Fire Supervision and Management Mode of High Rise Buildings

高层建筑解决了城市建设土地资源紧张以及城市居民居住需求增加的问题。然而,高层建筑由于自身结构的特点,在发生火灾时,火势会快速蔓延,人员撤离存在较大困难。因此,需要注重加强对高层建筑的消防监督,尽可能减少火灾隐患的发生。基于此,探讨高层建筑火灾事故的特点,分析高层建筑消防监督管理中存在的问题,研究提升高层建筑消防监督管理工作的有效策略,以供相关研究人员参考。

High rise buildings have solved the problem of land resource scarcity in urban construction and the increasing demand for urban residentshousing.However,due to the unique structural characteristics of high-rise buildings,when a fire occurs,the fire will quickly spread and it is difficult to evacuate personnel.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the fire supervision of high-rise buildings and minimize the occurrence of fire hazards as much as possible.Based on this,this study explores the characteristics of high-rise building fire accidents,analyzes the problems in high-rise building fire supervision and management,and studies effective strategies to improve high-rise building fire supervision and management work,providing reference for relevant researchers.
