慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者体力活动现状及其影响因素分析

Physical activity of chronic renal failure patients with maintenance hemodialysis and its influencing factors

目的探讨慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者体力活动现状及其相关影响因素。方法选取2020年3月-2022年10月于笔者所在医院行规律MHD的100例慢性肾衰竭患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、人类活动概况量表及一般自我效能感量表对其进行调查。结果慢性肾衰竭MHD患者的体力活动得分为(110.50±11.49)分,患者自我效能感得分与体力活动得分呈正相关(r=0.790,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、文化程度、营养状况及自我效能感是慢性肾衰竭MHD患者体力活动的独立影响因素(R^(2)=0.922,△R^(2)=0.918,F=221.218,P<0.001)。结论慢性肾衰竭MHD患者的体力活动普遍不足,体力活动水平主要受性别、年龄、文化程度、营养状况及自我效能感的影响,医护人员应尽早识别和判断MHD患者的体力活动水平,通过制定针对性的干预措施来改善患者的体力活动状况。

Objective To explore the physical activity of chronic renal failure patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)and its related factors.Methods Totally 100 chronic renal failure patients undergoing MHD between March 2020 and October 2022 were selected,and surveyed using a general condition questionnaire,a human activity profile scale and a general self-efficacy scale.Results The physical activity score of MHD patients was 110.50±11.49,positively correlated with their self-efficacy(r=0.790,P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,age,education level,nutritional status and self-efficacy were independent influencing factors of physical activity in MHD patients(R^(2)=0.922,△R^(2)=0.918,F=221.218,P<0.001).Conclusion The physical activity level of MHD patients decreases in general,and is mainly affected by gender,age,educational level,nutritional status and self-efficacy.Therefore,medical staff should identify and judge the physical activity level of MHD patients as early as possible,and take targeted intervention measures to improve it.
