摘要
针对锰矿开采过程中存在的安全隐患,以遵义长沟锰矿为例,基于AHP-FAHP综合评价法,综合考虑工作场所安全、作业设备安全、人员安全等3大类因素,建立了合理的、科学的遵义长沟锰矿安全影响因素结构图,得到了体系中各种影响因素的权重及影响因素评价指标占比。进一步根据模糊数学、最大隶属度理论,建立模糊综合评判模型,进行分析和计算得到各因素的组合权重,从而得到最终的评判向量,为遵义长沟锰矿安全评价指标体系提供一定理论依据。
Aiming at the safety hazards in the process of manganese mining,the research chooses Zunyi Changgou manganese mine as an example.Based on the AHP-FAHP comprehensive evaluation method and considering 3 major factors of workplace safety,operation equipment safety and personnel safety,a reasonable and scientific structure chart of safety influence factors was established in Zunyi Changgou manganese mine.It obtains the weights of various influence factors in the system and the proportion of evaluation indexes about influence factors.The weight of various influencing factors in the system and the proportion of influencing factors evaluation indexes are obtained.Furthermore,according to fuzzy mathematics and the theory of maximum affiliation,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established,and the combination weights of each factor are analyzed and calculated to get the final evaluation vector,which provides some theoretical basis for the safety evaluation index system of Zunyi Changgou manganese mine.
