Application technology of soybean meal reduction and replacement in poultry diets under the new situation

近年来,受国际政治经济形势影响,豆粕价格持续高位运行,豆粕供需矛盾加大,因此,行业高度关注豆粕减量替代技术推广应用。本文围绕豆粕减量和替代技术,从家禽低蛋白日粮、净能体系、豆粕替代原料营养价值评估、相关配套技术等方面进行综述。

In recent years,the supply shortage of soybean meal has been increased due to the international political and economic situation.The price of soybean meal has remained high for a long time which has caused widespread concern of soybean meal reduction and replacement technologies in livestock industry.This article reviewed the reduction and substitution technologies of soybean meal,including low protein diet,net energy systems,nutritional value evaluation of feedstuff,and related supporting technologies.
