黄羽肉鸡日粮中豌豆替代玉米豆粕的应用效果研究

摘要 为研究日粮中豌豆替代玉米豆粕对黄羽肉鸡生产性能的影响,试验选取1日龄、体重相近黄羽肉鸡2250只,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复75只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1~3组,小鸡阶段分别饲喂豌豆10%、15%、20%;中鸡阶段分别饲喂豌豆20%、30%、40%;大鸡阶段分别饲喂豌豆20%、30%、40%,试验4组在试验3组基础上调质温度从80℃提高到88℃,试验期63 d。研究结果显示:黄羽肉鸡小鸡阶段使用10%豌豆,肉鸡的日均采食量和日均增重均受到显著(P<0.05)的负面影响。中大鸡阶段使用20%~40%豌豆未见对肉鸡生长性能有显著(P>0.05)的负面影响。另外,提高豌豆型日粮的调质温度有助于改善肉鸡全程耗料增重比(P<0.05)。综上,豌豆不建议在小鸡日粮添加,中大鸡日粮可使用40%。 This study aimed to investigate the effect of peas replacing corn and soybean meal in diet on the production performance of yellow-feathered broiler.A total of 22501-day-old yellow-feathered broilers with similar weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 75 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed basal diet.In the test groups 1 to 3,peas were added 10%,15% and 20% in the starter diet,20%,30% and 40% in the grower diet and 20%,30% and 40% in the finisher diet,respectively.The modulation temperature was increased from 80℃ in group 3 to 88℃ in group 4.The experiment period was 63 days.The use of 10% peas in the starter diet showed significant negative effects on the average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain of broilers(P<0.05).The use of 20%~40% peas in the grower and finisher diet did not negatively affect the growth performance of broilers(P>0.05).In addition,increasing the modulation temperature of pea-type diets could improve feed conversion rate of broiler(P<0.05).In summary,it was not recommended to add peas to the starter diet,whereas 40% of pea could be used in the grower and finisher diets for yellow feather broilers.
