棉籽浓缩蛋白替代发酵豆粕对仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化率、血液指标和粪便微生物代谢的影响

摘要 为探究不同添加比例的棉籽浓缩蛋白替代断奶仔猪饲粮发酵豆粕对仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化率、血液指标、粪便短链脂肪酸浓度和微生物组成的影响,试验选取192头断奶仔猪随机分为4组,分别饲喂等比例替代0%、3%、6%和9%发酵豆粕的4个棉籽浓缩蛋白饲粮。结果表明:棉籽浓缩蛋白替代不同比例的发酵豆粕对仔猪日增重和日采食量没有显著影响,但棉籽浓缩蛋白替代6%的发酵豆粕组仔猪料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,棉籽浓缩蛋白替代9%发酵豆粕显著提高了饲粮粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和酸性洗涤纤维的消化率(P<0.05)。棉籽浓缩蛋白替代3%和6%的发酵豆粕组仔猪血清中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和总抗氧化能力的活性显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05),而血清丙二醛浓度显著低于其他处理组(P<0.05)。棉籽浓缩蛋白替代6%的发酵豆粕组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白A浓度显著高于9%发酵豆粕替代处理组(P<0.05)。棉籽浓缩蛋白替代3%的发酵豆粕组仔猪粪便微生物多样性Shannon指数显著高于对照组和9%发酵豆粕替代处理组(P<0.05)。综合考虑仔猪生长性能、饲料转化效率、血液抗氧化、免疫指标和肠道菌群组成,断奶仔猪饲粮中使用棉籽浓缩蛋白替代发酵豆粕的推荐比例为6%。 The study was conducted to explore the effects of replacing fermented soybean meal by different proportions of cottonseed protein concentrate on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility,blood indices,fecal short-chain fatty acid concentration and microbiota composition of weaned pig.A total of 192 weaned pigs were divided into 4 groups,which were fed the 4 diets containing 0%,3%,6% and 9% cottonseed protein concentrate replacing fermented soybean meal,respectively.The results showed that average daily gain and average daily feed intake of piglet were not significant influenced by the different inclusion proportions of cottonseed protein concentrate replacing fermented soybean meal.However,the fermented soybean meal replaced by 6% cottonseed protein concentrate significantly reduced F/G of pigs compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the digestibility of crude protein,ether extract,and acid detergent fiber significantly increased in the group that using 9% cottonseed protein concentrate to replace fermented soybean meal(P<0.05).The activities of serum SOD,GSH-Px,and T-AOC of pigs in 3% and 6% cottonseed protein concentrate groups were significantly greater than the other groups(P<0.05),but the concentration of MDA was significantly lower(P<0.05).The concentration of serum immunoglobulins G and A in 6% cottonseed protein concentrate group was significantly greater than that in the 9% cottonseed protein concentrate group(P<0.05).The Shannon index of fecal microbes was significantly greater in the 3% cottonseed protein concentrate group compared with the control and the 9% cottonseed protein concentrate groups(P<0.05).In summary,considering the growth performance,feed conversion efficiency,blood antioxidant,immune index and microbiota composition of piglets comprehensively,the recommended proportion of cottonseed protein concentrate for replacing fermented soybean meal in the diet of weaned piglets was 6%.
