辣木作为新型蛋白质饲料在家畜营养与日粮中的应用

Application of Moringa oleifera as a new protein feed in livestock nutrition and diet

近年来,随着我国畜牧产业的快速发展,“人畜争粮”的现象越发严重,而优质蛋白质饲料的短缺已经严重制约畜牧业的健康发展。辣木因其抗逆性强、产量高在我国南方地区已经广泛种植。辣木不仅生长速度快、并且含有丰富的蛋白质以及均衡的氨基酸,具有作为蛋白质饲料的潜力。本文综述了辣木的营养成分以及其在猪、家禽等单胃动物和牛羊等反刍动物中的应用效果,旨在为辣木作为蛋白质饲料应用于畜禽养殖提供参考。

Recent years,with the rapid development of animal husbandry industry,the phenomenon of"people and animals competing for food"has become more and more serious,and the shortage of high-quality protein feed has seriously restricted the development of animal husbandry.Moringa has been widely planted in southern China,because of its strong stress tolerance and high yield.Moringa is not only fast-growing,but also rich in protein and a balanced amount of amino acids,which has the potential to be used as a protein feed.In this paper,the nutritional composition of Moringa oleifera and its application effect in monogastric animals such as pigs and poultry and ruminants such as cattle and sheep were reviewed,aimed to provide a reference for the application of Moringa oleifera as a protein feed in livestock breeding.
