摘要
智能配电系统是在国家“双碳”战略、“十四五”规划以及“2021-2060年新型电力系统”的背景下发展起来的,与新型电力系统一样,具有清洁低碳、安全可控、灵活高效、智能友好和开放互动的特点。通过比较传统配电系统和智能配电系统的供电接线形式和通信架构模式,阐述了配电系统的能量流与信息流的传递过程,进一步阐述了智能配电系统的关键在于传感器的选取和通信的架构,更在于用户侧对信息流的需求、信息流传递目的、信息流的可视化、信息流的处理与加工等核心内容,详细拆解了智能化中低压配电柜、中低压断路器以及智能化配电系统网络基本架构等关键技术,对深入理解智能配电系统具有一定的指导意义。
The intelligent power distribution system is developed under the background of the national dual carbon strategy,the“14th Five Year Plan”and the“2021~2060 new power system”.Like the new power system,it has the characteristics of“clean,low-carbon,safe,controllable,flexible,efficient,intelligent,friendly,open and interactive”.By comparing the power supply connection form and communication architecture mode of traditional distribution system and intelligent distribution system,this paper expounds the transmission process of energy flow and information flow of distribution system,further expounds that the key of intelligent distribution system lies in the selection of sensors and communication architecture,and more importantly,the user’s demand for information flow,the purpose of information flow transmission,the visualization of information flow,the processing and processing of information flow,etc,The key technologies such as intelligent medium and low voltage distribution cabinets,medium and low voltage circuit breakers,and intelligent distribution system network infrastructure were also disassembled in detail,some guiding significance for understanding the intelligent distribution system.
