面向园区的综合能源服务探究

Research on comprehensive energy service for the industrial parks

开展综合能源服务,符合国家倡导的节能、清洁和高效的能源发展战略。然而,目前对综合能源服务的研究与实践多集中在高耗能企业、公共建筑、商业建筑和办公建筑等领域。针对园区能源结构体系的特点,结合近年来综合能源服务的研究成果,分析当前园区中能源体系存在的问题,提出了一种面向园区的综合能源服务解决方案。采用提高能源利用效率、建立智慧能源监控系统和制定事故应急处理措施等方式,以徐州凤凰湾电子信息产业园为例,对园区综合能源服务的实际应用效果展开讨论。结果表明,面向园区的综合能源服务模式可以为园区提供稳定可靠的能源供应,降低园区能源系统开支,具有良好的经济效益与社会效益。

Developing integrated energy service business is in line with the energy saving,clean and efficient development strategy advocated by the state.However,the research and practice of integrated energy services are mainly focused on high energy-consuming enterprises,large public buildings,business,office and other fields.Aiming at the characteristics of energy structure,combining with the results of integrated energy service in recent years,analyzing the problems existing in the energy system in the industrial parks,this paper proposes an integrated energy service for the industrial parks.The practical application effect of integrated energy service in the park is discussed,bying improving the efficiency of energy utilization,establishing the wisdom energy monitoring system,formulating emergency measures,using the xuzhou phoenix bay electronic information industrial park as an example.The results show that the integrated energy service model for the industrial parks can provide stable and reliable energy supply for the industrial parks,reduce the cost of campus energy system,and have good economic and social effects.
