Effect of Intravenous Thrombolysis on Therapeutic Effect and Revascularization Rate of Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:探究静脉溶栓对缺血性脑血管疾病患者治疗效果及血管再通率的影响。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年6月松桃苗族自治县民族中医院收治的缺血性脑血管疾病患者116例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上实施静脉溶栓治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、血管再通情况及血流动力学情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037);观察组血管再通率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026);治疗后,观察组平均峰值血流速度、最大峰值流速、阻力指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:静脉溶栓治疗缺血性脑血管病效果良好,可明显缓解患者临床症状,提高血管再通率,改善血流动力学情况。

Objective:To investigate the effect of intravenous thrombolysis on the treatment effect and revascularization rate of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:One hundred and sixteen patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to Songtao Miao Autonomous County Ethnic Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with fifty-eight cases.The control group used conventional treatment program,and the observation group implemented intravenous thrombolytic therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical therapeutic effect,vascular recanalization and hemodynamic situation of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037);The rate of revascularization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026);After treatment,the mean peak blood flow velocity,maximum peak flow velocity and resistance index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Intravenous thrombolysis is effective in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,which can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,increase the rate of revascularization,and improve the hemodynamic situation.
