单孔腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Single-hole Laparoscopic Hernia Sac High Ligation in the Treatment of Pediatric Inguinal Hernia

目的:探讨单孔腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月松桃苗族自治县民族中医院收治的腹股沟斜疝患儿93例作为研究对象,以抽签的形式随机分为观察组(47例,采取单孔腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术)与对照组(46例,采取传统开放手术)。比较两组患儿临床指标、应激情况、并发症与复发情况。结果:观察组手术、住院及排气时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,观察组白细胞计数、血清C反应蛋白及白细胞介素-10水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率及复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:单孔腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果显著,可有效改善患儿临床指标及应激情况,且复发率低,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of single-port laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation in treating pediatric inguinal hernia.Methods:Ninety-three children with inguinal hernia admitted to Songtao Miao Autonomous County Ethnic Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(forty-seven cases,adopting single-hole laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation)and control group(forty-six cases,adopting traditional open surgery)by drawing lots.The clinical indexes,stress,complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation,hospitalization and exhaustion time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After surgery,the white blood cell count,serum C-reactive protein and interleukin-10 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total complication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Single-hole laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation for pediatric inguinal hernia has significant effect,can effectively improve the clinical indicators and stress situation of the children,and low recurrence rate,high safety,is worthy of clinical promotion.
