改良菱形皮瓣在面部皮肤软组织缺损修复中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Modified Rhombic Flap in Repairing Facial Skin Soft Tissue Defects

目的:分析改良菱形皮瓣在面部皮肤软组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年7月仪征市人民医院收治的面部皮肤软组织缺损患者80例作为研究对象,采取电脑随机选取方式分成观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规植皮手术治疗,观察组采用改良菱形皮瓣术治疗。比较两组临床相关指标、并发症发生率、治疗效果、创面美观满意度。结果:观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,温哥华瘢痕量表评分低于对照组,创面美观度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0425);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0478);观察组创面美观满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0425)。结论:面部皮肤软组织缺损患者应用改良菱形皮瓣术治疗的临床效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短创面愈合时间,降低术后并发症发生率,且瘢痕较小可满足患者对面部美观度的需求,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of modified rhombic flap in repairing facial skin soft tissue defects.Methods:Eighty patients with facial skin soft tissue defects admitted to Yizheng People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,each with forty cases,by computerized random selection.The control group was treated with conventional skin grafting surgery,and the observation group was treated with modified rhombic flap surgery.Compare the two groups'clinical related indexes,complication rate,treatment effect,and satisfaction of trauma aesthetics.Results:The visual analog scoring method score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group,the score of Vancouver scar scale was lower than that of the control group,and the score of trauma aesthetics was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0425);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0478);The degree of aesthetic satisfaction of the trauma in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0425).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the application of modified rhombic flap in patients with facial skin soft tissue defects is remarkable,which can reduce the degree of pain,shorten the healing time of the trauma,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and the scar is small to meet the patients'needs for facial aesthetics and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
