舒筋消痛丸联合液体刀疗法及肩关节松解手法治疗肩凝症的临床效果

Therapeutic Effect of Shu Jin Xiao Tong Wan-Pills combined with Injection therapy and shoulder Joint Releasing Message in Treating Frozen Should Syndrome

目的:研究舒筋消痛丸联合液体刀疗法及肩关节松解手法治疗肩凝症的临床效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2021年1月商丘市中医院骨科一病区门诊就诊的肩凝症患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组采用舒筋消痛丸联合肩关节松解手法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用液体刀疗法治疗。比较两组肩痛和残疾指数(SPADI)、临床疗效。结果:治疗前及治疗10 d后,两组残疾指数、肩痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗20 d、2个月后,两组患者SPADI评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋消痛丸联合液体刀疗法及肩关节松解手法治疗肩凝症的临床效果显著,对患者创伤较小,快捷有效,能够有效改善患者肩关节活动度、减轻疼痛,是一种“简、验、廉、便”的中西医治疗方案。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shu Jin Xiao Tong Wan Pills combined with injection therapy and shoulder joint release massage in treating frozen shoulder syndrome.Methods:102 patients with frozen shoulder attending the outpatient clinic of first Orthopaedic Department of Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of 51 cases.The control group was treated with Shu Jin Xiao Tong Wan pill combined with shoulder joint release manipulation,and the observation group was treated with injection therapy on the basis of the control group.Shoulder pain and disability index(SPADI)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of disability index and shoulder pain score before treatment and 10 days after treatment(P>0.05);however,20 days and 2 months after treatment the SPADI score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shu Jin Xiao Tong Wan Pills combined with Injection therapy and shoulder joint release manipulation for frozen shoulders is remarkable,less traumatic to patients,and effective,and can effectively improve the mobility of patients'shoulder joints and reduce the pain in short time,which is a kind of Chinese and Western medicine treatment program that is"simple,tested,inexpensive and convenient".
