整体干预优质护理在感染科肺结核患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Holistic Intervention and High-quality Nursing in Tuberculosis Patients in Infectious Department

目的:探讨整体干预的优质护理措施在感染科肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2—9月于新疆疏勒县947医院感染科收治的肺结核患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组患者接受常规护理措施,试验组在对照组基础上应用整体干预的优质护理措施,通过患者的医疗记录和问卷调查,比较两组治疗效果与护理满意度。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016);试验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:在感染科肺结核患者的护理工作中应用整体干预优质护理措施,能够有效改善患者的治疗效果,提高护理满意度,可以应用于临床实践中。

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality nursing measures of holistic intervention in tuberculosis patients in infection department.Methods:A total of sixty patients with tuberculosis admitted to the department of Infection of Xinjiang Shule County 947 Hospital from February to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the experimental group received high-quality nursing measures based on the control group.The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared through the medical records and questionnaires of the patients.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016);The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conclusion:The application of holistic intervention and high-quality nursing measures in the nursing work of tuberculosis patients in infection department can effectively improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients,and can be applied in clinical practice.
