基于治未病平台的东莞社区糖尿病前期人群的体质辨识

Physical Identification of Pre-diabetic Population in Dongguan Community Based on the Treatment and Prevention Platform

目的:借助医院的治未病平台,对东莞市社区糖尿病前期(PDM)人群进行体质辨识,以期为辨证施治提供依据。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年4月东莞麻涌社区纳入东莞市中医“治未病”预防保健服务平台的PDM人群200例作为研究对象。采用《中医体质分类与判定表》对该人群的体质进行辨识。结果:PDM人群200例的体质类型经过统计分析由高至低分别为湿热质55例、痰湿质49例、气虚质31例、阳虚质22例、血瘀质18例、阴虚质13例、气郁质11例、特禀质1例及平和质0例。在不同年龄的PDM人群中,体质占比略有差异。≤39岁湿热质最常见,占36.4%;40~49岁痰湿质最常见,占28.3%;≥50岁湿热质最常见,占27.6%。结论:医护人员可根据不同年龄组的体质辨识特征对社区人群进行个体化的中医适宜技术干预,以便进行精准施治。

Objective:With the help of the hospital's treatment platform,the physical identification of th ecommunity prediabetes(PDM)population in Dongguan city was carried out in order to provide basis for the treatment of syndrome differentiation.Methods:From November 2021 to April 2022,two hundred cases of PDM population in Dongguan Mayong Community who were included in the TCM"treating no disease"preventive health service platform of Dongguan City were selected as the research objects.The physical constitution of the population was identified by the Classification and judgment Table of Traditional Chinese Medicine physical Constitution.Results:According to the statistical analysis of 200 cases of PDM population,the physical types from high to low were 55 cases of dampness,49 cases of phlegm,31 cases of Qi deficiency,22 cases of Yang deficiency,18 cases of blood stasis,13 cases of Yin deficiency,11 cases of qi stagnation,1 case of characteristic and 0 cases of peace;In different age PDM population,the proportion of physical fitness is slightly different;Humidity and heat were the most common(36.4%)in age≤39 years;Phlegm and dampness in 40~49 years old were the most common,accounting for 28.3%;The most common type of moist heat was≥50 years old,accounting for 27.6%.Conclusion:According to the physical identification characteristics of different age groups,medical staff can carry out individualized TCM appropriate technical intervention for the community population in order to carry out accurate treatment.
