护理行政查房对护理质量持续改进效果及管理水平的影响

Influence of nursing Ward-Round on Nursing quality management

目的:分析护理行政查房对护理质量持续改进效果及管理水平的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月于贵州茅台医院从事护理工作的专业人员100名作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50名。对照组护理人员实施常规管理制度,观察组护理人员实施护理行政查房制度。比较两组护士能力量表、护理质量、注册护士核心量表评分。结果:观察组服务态度、护理文书规范、应急能力、沟通能力、操作熟练程度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教育质量、病房管理、专科护理、基础护理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组批判性思维科研、临床护理、领导能力、法律和伦理实践、专业发展、教育和咨询评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将护理行政查房应用到医院的护士管理中,能够有效促进护理质量的持续改进,提升护理管理水平,提高护理人员专业能力。

Objective:To analyze the influence of nursing Ward-round on nursing quality management.Methods:100 nurses engaged in Guizhou Moutai Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 50 each.The nursing staff of the control group implemented the routine management system,and the nursing staff of the observation group received Nursing Ward-round control.Comparison of the two groups of nurses'ability scale,quality of care,and registered nurses'core scale scores.Results:the observation group's service attitude,documentation competency,emergency response skill,communication skill,and practical competence were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's scores on education quality,ward management,specialty care,and basic nursing care were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the observation group's scores on critical thinking scientific research,clinical nursing care,leadership ability,legal and ethical practice,professional development,education and counseling scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing Ward-round control can effectively promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality,enhance the nursing management level,and improve the professional competence of nursing staff.
