迷迭香提取物降低仔猪断奶氧化应激的机制研究

摘要 试验旨在研究迷迭香提取物对断奶仔猪氧化应激的影响。选择144头体重8.0 kg左右、26日龄断奶的“杜×长×大”三元杂交仔猪,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头仔猪(公、母各半)。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组(200、400、600 mg/kg RE组)分别在基础日粮中额外添加200、400、600 mg/kg迷迭香提取物(RE)。试验期24 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,添加200 mg/kg RE能够显著提高仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(P<0.05)。试验第10 d,与对照组相比,试验组断奶仔猪血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),600 mg/kg RE组断奶仔猪血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05);试验第10 d,200 mg/kg RE组断奶仔猪血清中胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-I)和胃饥饿素(Ghrelin)水平显著提高(P<0.05),400 mg/kg RE组断奶仔猪血清中生长激素(GH)水平显著提高(P<0.05);试验第24 d,200 mg/kg RE组断奶仔猪血清中IGF-I和GH水平显著提高(P<0.05),600 mg/kg组断奶仔猪血清中IGF-I水平显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮添加RE能够缓解仔猪早期断奶引起的氧化应激,促进断奶仔猪的生长发育,增强仔猪抗氧化能力,适宜添加量为200 mg/kg。 The experiment aimed to investigate the influence of rosemary extract on oxidative stress in weaned piglets.A total of 144'Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire'ternary hybrid piglets weighing about 8.0 kg and weaned at 26 days of age were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and six piglets(half in male and female)in each replicate.The piglets in the control group were fed with a basal diet,and experimental groups(200,400,600 mg/kg RE group)added an additional 200,400,and 600 mg/kg rosemary extract(RE)to the basal diet,respectively.The test lasted for 24 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of 200 mg/kg RE could significantly increase the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of weaned piglets(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the feed to gain ratio(P<0.05).On the 10th day,compared with the control group,the serum GSH-Px and SOD activity of weaned piglets in the experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),CAT activity in serum of weaned piglets in 600 mg/kg RE group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of MDA in the 600 mg/kg RE group was decreased significantly(P<0.05).On the 10th day,the serum levels of IGF-I and Ghrelin in weaned piglets in the 200 mg/kg RE group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the GH levels in the serum of weaned piglets in 400 mg/kg RE group were significantly increased(P<0.05).On the 24th day,the serum levels of IGF-I and GH in the weaned piglets in the 200 mg/kg group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum levels of IGF-I in the weaned piglets in the 600 mg/kg group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of RE to the diet can alleviate the oxidative stress caused by early weaning of piglets,promote the growth and development of weaned piglets,and enhance the antioxidant ability of piglets,and the suitable amount of addition is 200 mg/kg.
