考虑客户满意度的双目标冷链配送路径优化研究

摘要 针对当前生鲜农产品冷链配送中存在的配送线路长、时间要求高以及客户满意度低等问题,构建以配送成本最小和客户满意度最高的双目标冷链配送路径优化模型,设计变邻域搜索遗传算法对模型进行求解,以某一食堂生鲜配送企业为案例进行研究。研究发现,优化后的线路不仅缩短了配送路径11.8 km,降低了配送成本453.7元,同时客户综合满意度较原先配送方案提升9.76%,为企业在食堂生鲜配送线路路径的规划上提供参考。 In response to the problems of long delivery routes,high time requirements,and low customer satisfaction in the current cold chain delivery of fresh agricultural products,a dual objective cold chain delivery path optimization model with the minimum delivery cost and the highest customer satisfaction is constructed.A variable neighborhood search genetic algorithm is designed in the model,and a case study of a canteen fresh delivery enterprise is carried out.The results show that the optimized route not only shortens the delivery route by 11.8 km,reduces the delivery cost by 453.7 yuan,but also increases customer satisfaction by 9.76%compared with the original delivery plan.This provides a reference for enterprises in planning the fresh food delivery route for canteens.
