摘要
采用三维激光扫描法测量装有加液管的铁路罐车容积时,由于加液管的遮挡,造成扫描点云图像缺失,出现罐车容积值偏差较大的问题。为此,设计可伸缩的辅助工装。扫描时,借助辅助工装可加大三维激光扫描仪与加液管间距离,在保持倒置工装优点的同时,能解决装有加液管罐车扫描点云图像缺失面积较大的问题。对比试验数据,结果表明:在使用三维激光扫描仪测量装有加液管的铁路罐车容积时,借助辅助工装,可进一步减小示值误差。
When 3D laser scanning method is used to measure the volume of rail tanker equipped with the liquid feed⁃ing tube,the scanning point cloud image is missing due to the occlusion of the liquid feeding tube,so the volume value of the tanker has a large deviation.For this purpose,the flexible auxiliary tooling is designed.When a 3D laser scanner is used to scan a tanker equipped with a filling pipe,the distance between the 3D laser scanner and the filling pipe can be increased with the help of auxiliary tooling,which can solve the problem of large missing area of the scanning point cloud image of the tanker equipped with the liquid feeding tube while maintaining the advantages of the inverted tool⁃ing.The test data are compared,the results show that the error of indication can be further reduced by using auxiliary tooling when using 3D laser scanner to measure the volume of rail tanker equipped with the liquid feeding tube.
