摘要 针对现有铁路货物装载过程中,货物无法定量控制,检测结果准确性和可靠性相对较低,并且货车易出现超载、偏载或偏重的问题,根据货物装载现场实际情况,在分析货车结构及载荷分布的基础上,构建车辆载荷数学模型,推导载荷计算公式,设计一种便携式货物装载实时检测系统,实时掌握车辆超偏载情况,指导装车作业,实现装车作业规范化管理。 In response to the current process of railway freight loading,the goods cannot be quantitatively controlled,the accuracy and reliability of detection results are relatively low and freight car are prone to overload,unbalance load,or overweight issues,based on the actual situation of the freight loading site and the analysis of the truck struc⁃ture and load distribution,a mathematical model of the vehicle load is constructed,the load calculation formula is de⁃rived,and a portable real-time detection system for freight loading is designed to grasp the overload and unbalance⁃load situation of the vehicle in real time,which guides loading operations and achieves standardized management of loading operations.
