摘要 在构建新型电力系统背景下,为消纳高比例新能源、提高电力系统调节能力,大力发展储能势在必行。为促进电化学储能电站健康可持续发展,对其开展全生命周期成本研究。本文构建了较为完整的电化学储能电站全生命周期成本核算体系,从设计阶段、建设阶段、运维阶段、弃置阶段进行成本构成要素分析,创新性地探讨了电化学储能电站的替换成本、能量损耗成本和弃置成本的内涵。本文研究将为企业在投资决策和经营管理中加强电化学储能电站的全生命周期成本管理提供参考。研究发现,替换成本、能量损耗成本和弃置成本在电化学储能电站全生命周期成本中不可或缺,应当提高重视程度;设计阶段对全生命周期各阶段的成本都有较大影响,企业应在设计阶段对全生命周期进行统筹考量。 In the context of building a new power system,in order to absorb a high proportion of new energy and improve the pow-er system's regulating capabilities,it is imperative to vigorously develop energy storage.Full life cycle cost research needs to be carried out to promote the healthy and sustainable development of electrochemical energy storage power stations.This article constructs a relatively complete life cycle cost accounting system for electrochemical energy storage power stations.The cost components are analyzed from the de-sign stage,construction stage,operation and maintenance stage,and disposal stage,and the connotation of the replacement cost,energy loss cost,and disposal cost of the electrochemical energy storage power station is innovatively discussed.This article will provide a reference for enterprises to strengthen the full life cycle cost management of electrochemical energy storage power stations in investment decisions and operation management.Research has found that replacement costs,energy loss costs,and disposal costs are indispensable in the full lifecycle costs of electrochemical energy storage power plants,and should be given greater attention;The design phase has a significant impact on the costs of each stage of the entire lifecycle,and enterprises should consider the entire lifecycle comprehensively during the design phase.
