摘要
我国在治理中小学教育乱收费方面取得了重大的成就,在教育支持体系建设方面也日趋完善。对标教育发达国家,有助于查缺补漏,更加丰富我国中小学教育收费价格监督体系的内涵。本文分析了新加坡教育体系收费标准,发现其呈现多样化的特点;并从教育储备金计划、教育储蓄奖学金、经济援助计划方面,分析新加坡中小学教育的收费和补贴政策。其成功做法对我国推动中小学教育事业发展具有一定借鉴意义。
China has made significant achievements in controlling the indiscriminate charging of primary and secondary education,and is also gradually improving its education support system construction.Benchmarking developed countries in education can help identify and fill gaps,and further enrich the connotation of China's primary and secondary education fee price supervision system.This article ana-lyzes the charging standards of Singapore's education system and finds that they exhibit diverse characteristics;And analyze Singapore's charging and subsidy policies for primary and secondary education from the perspectives of education reserve plans,education savings schol-arships,and economic assistance plans.Its successful practices have certain reference significance for promoting the development of primary and secondary education in China.
