农业生产性服务业集聚对生态效率影响的空间效应研究——以西北地区为例

Study on the Spatial Effect of Agricultural Productive Services Agglomeration on Eco-Efficiency——Taking Northwest China as an Example

探讨农业生产性服务业集聚对农业生态效率的影响,对实现农业高质量发展具有重要意义。本文利用赫芬达尔指数和超效率SBM模型分别测度西北地区农业生产性服务业集聚度和农业生态效率,并借助空间杜宾模型实证检验农业生产性服务业专业化和多样化集聚对农业生态效率的溢出效应。结果表明,2005-2020年,西北地区农业生态效率的莫兰值均通过了显著性检验,且呈现“高—高”集聚和“低—低”集聚的格局。农业生产性服务业专业化集聚既对本地区农业生态效率具有促进作用,也通过空间关联对其邻近地区农业生态效率产生正向溢出效应;而多样化集聚对农业生态效率具有抑制作用,且对其邻近地区农业生态效率产生负向溢出效应。据此,应结合产业发展的现实诉求,立足不同区域的阶段特征,制定差异化的产业集聚政策。

Exploring the impact of agricultural productive service industry agglomeration on agro-ecological efficiency is of great significance for realizing high-quality development of agriculture.In this paper,the Herfindahl index and the super-efficient SBM model are used to measure the degree of agricultural productive service industry agglomeration and agro-ecological efficiency in Northwest China,respectively,and empirically test the spillover effect of the specialized and diversified agglomeration of agricultural productive services on agroecological efficiency with the help of the spatial Durbin model.The results show that from 2005 to 2020,the Moran values of agro-ecological efficiency in Northwest China passed the significance test,and showed the pattern of“high-high”agglomeration and“low-low”agglomeration.Specialized agglomeration of agricultural production service industry not only promotes the agro-ecological efficiency of the region,but also produces positive spillover effects on the agro-ecological efficiency of the neighboring regions through spatial correlation;while diversified agglomeration inhibits the agro-ecological efficiency and produces negative spillover effects on the agro-ecological efficiency of the neighboring regions.Accordingly,differentiated industrial agglomeration policies should be formulated based on the stage characteristics of different regions,taking into account the real demands of industrial development.
