中华民族共同体意识的孕育、生成、觉醒和勃兴,始终伴随并统一于中华民族共同体的形成发展过程。中华民族共同体意识在中华民族的起源中孕育,在各族人民共创中华的过程中逐渐生成,在近代中华民族对外抗争中初步觉醒,在中国共产党带领各族人民共谋复兴的百年奋斗历程中走向勃兴。在这一发展历程中,中华民族共同体意识的认知、归属、维护、发展等各层次内涵不断丰富,其状态也从自在向自觉再到自为转变。其演进是实体发展与意识进步双向互动的过程,是随着各民族交往交流交融深入而不断递进深化的螺旋上升运动,是顺应历史趋势与自觉构建的辩证统一。

The nurturing,generating,awakening,and thriving the consciousness of Chinese national community has always been accompanied and unified in process of the formation and development of the Chinese national community.The consciousness of Chinese national community was nurtured in the origin of the Chinese nation,gradually formed in the process of the people of all ethnic groups creating China,initially awakened in the modern Chinese nation's foreign resistance,and prospered in the century long struggle of the CPC leading the people of all ethnic groups to seek common rejuvenation.In the process of development,the understanding,belonging,maintenance,and development of the consciousness of Chinese national community at all levels have continuously improved,and its state has also shifted from being free to being conscious and then to being self actualization.Its evolution is a process of mutual interaction between physical development and conscious progress,a spiral upward movement that continues to deepen with the deepening of communication exchanges and blending among various ethnic groups.It is the dialectical unity result of complying with historical trends and consciously constructing.
