摘要
“慢教育”是应对快时代教育发展的一种辩证扬弃,是回归教育本真的一种价值重申和现实呼唤。在厘定快时代内涵与外延的基础之上,从育人的几个基本维度审视“慢教育”的多维内涵。从育人的时间向度看,“慢”是一种循序渐进;从育人的属性特征看,“慢”是一种教育智慧;从育人的本质内涵看,“慢”是一种人文关怀;从育人的艺术审思看,“慢”是一种闲暇之美。在快时代呼唤教育之慢,本质是为了回归育人的原点初心、直指个体生命整全、等待学生成人之美。所以,必须要营造“慢”的教育环境,寻找教育的生命本真;尊重“慢”的教育规律,等待教育的生成之美;滋养“慢”的教育心灵,塑造学生的整全生命。
Slow education is a dialectic sublation to cope with the development of education in the fast era,and a value reaffirmation and realistic call to return to the true nature of education.Based on the definition of the connotation and extension of the fast era,the multi-dimensional connotation of slow education is examined from several basic dimensions of education.From the perspective of the time dimension of education,slow is a kind of gradual progress.From the perspective of the characteristics of education,slow is a kind of educational wisdom,from the essence of educating people,slow is a kind of humanistic care,from the art of educating people,slow is a kind of leisure beauty.In the fast era,the essence of calling for slow education is to return to the origin of educating people,pointing to the whole of individual life,waiting for students to become beautiful.Therefore,it is necessary to create a slow education environment and find the life essence of education.Respect the law of slow education and wait for the beauty of education;nourish the slow education soul and shape the whole life of students.
