高分辨X射线成像在电池材料结构分析中的应用

摘要 随着同步辐射光源及微纳加工技术的进步,X射线纳米成像方法近年来得到了长足的发展,并在能源材料、工业催化、生命科学和环境科学等多个科研领域发挥着重要作用.三维纳米分辨X射线成像技术已成为无损分析电池材料三维结构的重要工具之一,其与双能成像结合,可以获得元素在电池材料中的三维分布.将三维X射线成像与谱学结合起来,即谱学成像,可以获得不同价态元素在电池材料中的三维分布. The progress of synchrotron radiation light source and nanofabrication has facilitated groundbreaking improvements in nanoscale X-ray microscopy methodologies as evidenced by the important roles that they play in different research fields including energy material,industrial catalysis,life science,and environmental science.Threedimensional nano-resolution X-ray imaging has become one of the important tools for nondestructive analysis of the three-dimensional structure of battery material,and by combining it with dual-energy imaging,the three-dimensional distribution of elements in the battery material can be obtained.Combining three-dimensional X-ray imaging with spectroscopy,i.e.,spectroscopic imaging,the three-dimensional distribution of different valence elements in the battery material can be achieved.
