Diagnosis and treatment strategies for anterior cruciate ligament injury

前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤是一种常见的膝关节损伤,多见于运动活跃的青少年人群。一旦发生ACL损伤,不仅会造成膝关节短期的疼痛、肿胀、活动功能受限,严重者还会出现长期的膝关节弹响、卡顿、关节不稳定感,甚至过早发生骨关节炎。无论是否手术治疗,人们都越来越关注ACL损伤后的康复治疗。临床医师在ACL损伤患者的保守治疗、手术治疗指征、术后康复以及重返运动等关键问题上仍然存在争议。本文从ACL损伤诊治的争议点、诊治策略进行述评,以期为临床提供参考和借鉴。

Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury is a common knee injury,especially in active youth.ACL injury can not only cause short-term knee pain,swelling,mobility dysfunction,but also cause long-term knee snap,stuck,joint instability in serious cases.Regardless of whether surgical treatment is performed,people are paying increasing attention to the rehabilitation treatment after ACL injury.Conservative management,surgical therapy,postoperative rehabilitation,and return to exercise for patients with ACL injuries remain controversial among clinicians.In this paper,this article reviewed controversial points in the diagnosis and treatment of ACL injury in detail,provide evidence for clinical practice.
