数字农业对于乡村振兴的促进机理研究--以华南农业大学“水稻智慧直播”为例

How and Why:Digital Agriculture to Promote Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of‘Rice Smart Sowing Technology’of SCAU

新兴信息技术驱动的数字农业如何助力乡村振兴已成为重要的理论与实践问题。本文以华南农业大学基于北斗卫星系统的“水稻智慧直播”为典型案例,研究发现:数字技术通过赋能农业生产体系使其数字化、智能化程度加深,提高了劳动生产率、资源利用率、土地产出率和农业竞争力;通过赋能农业经营体系推动耕地规模化经营,实现农业经营过程的现代化和专业化,推动三大产业全链条专业化融合;通过赋能农业产业体系使其更具商业化和品牌化,创新产业发展形态,进而激发农业科技新动能推进乡村全面振兴。通过案例分析后所形成的理论框架,本文解析了数字农业赋能乡村振兴的促进机理,并提出了一系列优化建议:加快数字农业关键技术创新,推动数字技术与第一产业深度融合;加强全领域制度资源的整合力度,构建数字技术服务长效机制;强化产学研用协同合作机制,推动数字农业高质量发展的综合效能。

How digital agriculture driven by emerging information technology can help rural revitalization has become an important theoretical and practical issue.The project team takes the“Rice Smart Sowing Technology”of South China Agricultural University based on the BEIDOU satellite system as a typical case.The study reveals that digital technology empowers the agricultural production system to intensify its degree of digitization and intelligence;thereby enhancing labor productivity,resource utilization,land output ratios,and overall agricultural competitiveness.Furthermore,it enables the agricultural management system to stimulate large-scale arable land operation,modernize and specialize agricultural processes,and advocate the corporation of all three sectors in the specialization chain.In addition,digital technology extends its influence to the agricultural industry system,fostering its commercialization and branding,innovating the mode of industrial development,and prompting the progression of all three sectors of the industry.Thus,by empowering the agricultural system to be more commercial and brand-oriented,it can pioneer new methodologies of industrial development and stimulate a fresh impetus in agricultural science and technology to further rural revitalization comprehensively.Through theoretical framework developed by this case studies,we propose specific optimization strategies for digital agriculture that would aid rural revitalization.These include accelerating crucial technological innovation in digital agriculture and advocating for a deeper integration of digital technology within primary industries;fortifying the amalgamation of institutional resources in the entire field,and constructing a lasting mechanism for digital technology services.Furthermore,it emphasizes strengthening the mechanism for collaborative cooperation of industry,academia,research,and application,to boost the comprehensive effectiveness of high-quality digital agricultural development.
