人口城镇化、房价收入比与居民幸福感关系研究——基于子女数量的调节效应分析

Reach on the Relationship between Population Urbanization,Price-to-income Ratio and Residents'Well-being--Analysis of the Regulatory Effect Based on the Number of Children

城镇化是推动社会经济发展与提高国民福利的重大战略,人口城镇化水平和质量对居民幸福感产生积极影响。本文运用CSS2019数据,构建有调节的中介效应模型检验人口城镇化对居民幸福感的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:人口城镇化对居民幸福感呈现“U型”影响。人口城镇化对居民幸福感的作用呈现出受调节的中介效应,其中房价收入比起中介作用,子女数量发挥调节作用。房价收入比强化了人口城镇化对居民幸福感的负向效应,且随着子女数量增加,人口城镇化通过房价收入比对居民幸福感的负向影响增强。基于研究结论,应推动包容性城镇化发展,提升居住获得感,完善生育支持政策,持续改善民生福祉。

Urbanization is a major strategy to promote social and economic development and improve national welfare.The level and quality of population urbanization have a positive impact on residents'well-being..Based on 2019 China's social conditions comprehensive survey data,this paper uses moderated intermediary effect model to examine the impact of population urbanization on residents'well-being and its transmission mechanism.The results show that population urbanization has a“U-shaped”effect on residents'well-being.The effect of population urbanization on residents'well-being shows a regulated intermediary effect,in which the price-to-income ratio plays an in-termediary role,and the number of children plays a regulatory role.The ratio of house price to income strengthens the negative effect of population urbanization on residents'well-being,and with the increase of the number of children,the negative effect of population urban-ization on residents'well-being is enhanced through the ratio of house price to income.Based on the conclusion of the study,promoting the development of inclusive urbanization,enhancing the sense of residential achievement,improving fertility support policies are conducive to the continuous improvement of people's livelihood and well-being.
