摘要 为提高高速永磁同步电机的气隙磁密性能和降低振动噪声,采用Halbach磁极组合优化电机气隙磁密性能,并通过转子分段降低振动噪声。分析了气隙磁密与Halbach结构之间的联系,通过优化永磁体形状和充磁方向共组成4种Halbach结构;并通过仿真对比分析,最终确定气隙磁密性能最好的不均匀不等厚Halbach结构能提高气隙磁密性能。在不均匀不等厚Halbach结构基础上,采用软磁材料代替永磁体,通过仿真分析,最终确定1/4软磁结构能节约永磁体成本。分析了转子分段与径向电磁力的关系,计算出不同分段数相对应的错极角度,通过仿真对比分析,最终确定转子分3段的优化方案,其最大振动加速度降低了44.8m/s2,最大声压降低了21d B,说明转子分段能有效降低振动噪声。 To improve the air-gap flux density performance and reduce the vibration noise of a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor,the Halbach pole combination is used to optimize the air-gap flux density performance of the motor,and the vibration noise is reduced by rotor segmentation.The relationship between the air-gap magnetic density and the Halbach structure is analyzed,and four Halbach structures are formed by optimizing the shape and magnetization direction of the permanent magnet.Through simulation and comparative analysis,it is finally determined that the air-gap magnetic density performance can be improved by the best non-uniform and unequal thickness Halbach structure.Based on the non-uniform and unequal thickness Halbach structure,soft magnetic materials are used to replace permanent magnets.Through simulation analysis,it is finally determined that a quarter soft magnetic structure can save the cost of permanent magnets.The relationship between rotor segmentation and radial electromagnetic force is analyzed,and the offset angles of the different segmented numbers are calculated.The optimization plan of the rotor divided into three segments is finally determined through simulation and comparative analysis.The maximum vibration acceleration is reduced by 44.8m/s2,the maximum sound pressure is reduced by 21dB,which shows that the vibration noise can be effectively reduced by rotor segmentation.
