省主干网光缆线路红色预警全流程管理平台设计与应用

摘要 本文对省主干网光缆线路红色预警全流程管理平台进行了详细的功能介绍,并对风险量化分析模型、基于光缆线路中断威胁的风险赋值算法、工单系统移动端免登录快速访问等关键技术进行了阐述。该平台实现了对全网光缆线路的实时监控与流程化运维管理,并利用风险评估体系进行风险值研判,结合应急预案制度化管理,提高了主干网处于极高风险状态下的运维管理及应急保障能力。 This paper provides a detailed introduction to the full-process management platform for the red alert of the optical cable routes of the provincial backbone network,and elaborates on key technologies such as the risk quantification analysis model,the risk assignment algorithm based on the threat of optical cable interruption,and the mobile terminal's no-login quick access to the work order system.The platform achieves real-time monitoring and processive maintenance management of the entire network's optical cable routes.By using a risk assessment system to value the risk,combining with emergency plan institutionalized management,it improves the maintenance management and emergency support capabilities of the backbone network under high-risk state.
