摘要
作为社会主义文化繁荣发展重点工程,建设文化大数据体系被列入了国家《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》中。本文通过梳理文化大数据体系相关政策,针对参与体系建设机构进行深度调研,了解不同角色业务现状及对文化大数据体系建设的需求。以实际需求为导向,探索文化大数据建设的新思路。
In the<14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development with the Outline of the 2035 Vision Goal of the People's Republic of China>,the construction of the Cultural Big Data System has been listed as a key project for the prosperity and development of socialist culture.By sorting out relevant policies and conducting research on the institutions which participating in the Cultural Big Data System construction,we can understand the business status of different roles and their demands for the construction of the system.Following by the actual demand,we will explore new ideas for the construction of the Cultural Big Data.
