三位一体护理结合健康教育在短暂性脑缺血患者中的应用探析

摘要 目的探讨三位一体护理结合健康教育在短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者中的应用价值。方法选择2020年2月—2022年2月驻马店市中医院收治的82例TIA患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶数字法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施三位一体护理结合健康教育,2组均护理3个月。比较2组护理前、护理后疾病知识掌握度、自我护理能力、生活质量。结果护理前,2组的疾病知识调查问卷中TIA相关知识、治疗方法、饮食知识等方面评分及总分差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),护理后,观察组疾病知识掌握度总分为(81.63±7.45)分,高于对照组的(69.15±5.80)分(t=8.464,P<0.001);护理后,2组的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)中各维度评分及总分高于护理前(P值均<0.05),观察组自我护理能力总分为(143.71±15.99)分,高于对照组的(119.22±13.68)分(t=7.452,P<0.001);护理后,2组的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)中各维度评分高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),观察组生活质量总分为(82.95±4.35)分,高于对照组的(74.36±3.43)分(t=9.929,P<0.001)。结论三位一体护理结合健康教育用于TIA患者中效果确切,能够有效提升疾病知识掌握度,提高自护能力,促使患者生活质量提升,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of trinity nursing combined with health education in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods A total of 82 TIA patients admitted to Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 41 patients in each group by odd and even number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given trinity nursing combined with health education,and both groups were nursing for 3 months.The two groups were compared with disease knowledge mastery,self-care ability,and quality of life before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores and total scores of TIA-related knowledge,treatment methods,diet knowledge and other aspects in the disease knowledge questionnaire of the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,the average total score of disease knowledge mastery in the observation group was(81.63±7.45)points,which was higher than that of the control group(69.15±5.80)(t=8.464,P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of each dimension and total scores in the Self-care Ability Measurement Scale(ESCA)of the two groups were higher than those before nursing(all P<0.05),and the average total score of self-care ability in the observation group was(143.71±15.99),higher than that of the control group(119.22±13.68)(t=7.452,P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of each dimension in the comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05),and the average total quality of life score of the observation group was(82.95±4.35)points,which was higher than that of the control group(74.36±3.43)(t=9.929,P<0.001).Conclusion Trinity nursing combined with health education in TIA patients has a definite effect,which can effectively improve the mastery of disease knowledge,improve self-care ability,and promote the quality of life of patients,which has high application value.
