光伏发电供保水平下新型用户交易行为决策研究

Research on Trading Behavior Decision of New Users under the Level of Photovoltaic Power Supply and Insurance

随着光伏发电的普及,大量用户已从传统的消费者转变为具有电能生产及消费行为的新型用户。在此背景下,为充分调动新型用户参与电力市场的积极性,防止不公平现象发生,提出两阶段交易模式,即Ⅰ阶段的新型用户间分布式撮合交易和Ⅱ阶段的新型用户余量集中式竞价交易。首先,对不同新型用户群体进行分类,在内部交易的Ⅰ阶段,分析新型用户光伏发电供保水平下的决策;其次,在新型用户与上级电网集中统一分配交易的Ⅱ阶段,以社会福利最大化为目标优化新型用户供需量,通过供需关系改进交易定价;最后,通过算例分析,证明了不同光伏供保水平下两阶段交易机制对新型用户行为决策的有效性,为合理引导新型用户积极有序地参与电力市场提供了依据。

With the popularization of photovoltaic power generation,a large number of users have transformed from traditional consumers to new types of users with electricity production and consumption behavior.In this context,in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of new users to participate in the electricity market and prevent unfair phenomena,a two-stage trading model is proposed,namely the distributed matching transaction among new users in the first stage and the centralized bidding transaction of the new user balance in the second stage.First,classify different new user groups.In the first stage of internal transactions,this article analyzes the decision-making of new users under the photovoltaic power supply guarantee level;Secondly,in the second stage of centralized and unified allocation transactions between new users and superior power grids,the supply and demand of new users should be optimized with the goal of maximizing social welfare,and transaction pricing should be improved through the supply and demand relationship;Finally,through case analysis,the effectiveness of the two-stage trading mechanism for new user behavior decisions under different photovoltaic supply guarantee levels is proved,which provides a basis for rationally guiding new users to actively and orderly participate in the power market.
