摘要
出行平台采用新能源车运营,有利于促进我国“双碳”目标的实现。本文以“双碳”目标下出行平台采用新能源车运营为例,构建演化博弈模型,探索多主体的演化博弈规律,按照生命周期演化特征进行阶段性分析。研究结果表明“:双碳”目标下,在出行平台采用新能源车运营的过程中,政府从补贴鼓励发展新能源汽车上路运营,到补贴退坡,从多角度支持出行平台采用新能源车运营,包括营造良好营商环境,开展合理规制等;政府相关政策措施的变化影响出行平台使用新能源车运营的策略选择。当前和未来政府政策支持应重点加强新能源车技术创新、加快新型基础设施建设,营造良好的营商环境,以加快“双碳”目标的实现。
The use of new energy vehicles for transportation platforms is conducive to promoting the achievement of China's“dual carbon”goals.This article takes the operation of new energy vehicles on travel platforms under the“dual carbon”goal as an example,constructs an evolutionary game model,explores the evolutionary game laws of multiple agents,and conducts phased analysis based on the evolution characteristics of the life cycle.The research results indicate that under the“dual carbon”goal,in the process of using new energy vehicles for operation on travel platforms,the government provides subsidies to encourage the development of new energy vehicles for operation on the road,and supports the use of new energy vehicles for operation from multiple perspectives,including creating a good business environment and implementing reasonable regulations;The changes in government policies and measures affect the strategic choices of travel platforms for operating new energy vehicles.The current and future government policy support should focus on strengthening innovation in new energy vehicle technology,accelerating the construction of new infrastructure,and creating a good business environment to accelerate the achievement of the“dual carbon”goal.
