Construction and Application of Short Video Intelligent Editing System under the Background of Convergence Media

随着短视频逐渐占领主流市场,浙江广播电视集团为满足融合发展的需要,加强短视频制作能力,推动县级融媒体中心媒体融合,在中国蓝云平台上构建了一套短视频智能剪辑系统。本文以浙江广播电视集团统筹建设的短视频智能剪辑系统——蓝云智剪为例,阐述了系统建设背景,详细介绍系统的设计思路、具体功能和应用效果。

With the short video gradually occupying the mainstream market,Zhejiang Media Group has built a short video intelligent editing system on the China Blue Cloud platform to meet the needs of integrated development,strengthen the production capacity of short video,and promote the media integration of county-level convergence media centers.This paper takes the short video intelligent editing system named Blue Cloud Smart Clipper built by Zhejiang Media Group as an example,briefly describes the construction background of the system,and introduces the design ideas,specific functions and application effects of the system in detail.
