本文从华数传媒广电网络工程资源档案管理的实际案例出发,分析了原有广电网络工程资源档案管理存在的问题,提出了全面应用OCR识别和RFID技术,建设一套广电网络工程资源档案精细化、数字化、智能化的新型管理系统。该系统的建成使用,有效地提高了档案管理效率,可助力广电企业降本增效。

Starting from the actual case of Wasu Media′s radio and television network engineering resource file management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the original radio and television network engineering resource file management,puts forward the comprehensive application of OCR identification and RFID technology,and creates a new management system of refined,digital and intelligent radio and television network engineering resource files,effectively improving the efficiency of file management and playing a certain reference role for radio and television enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
