自制单胞藻培养装置应用于《生物饵料培养学实验》的教学研究

摘要 生物饵料培养学是水产养殖学专业和水族科学与技术专业学生的核心课程。实验课在本课程的教学过程中发挥着重要作用。按照原有的教学计划,学生无法通过实验课学习单胞藻大水体培养技术。为了完善实验课程,尝试采用自制的培养装置开设单胞藻大水体培养实验项目。学生顺利完成了该实验。在实验结束后根据单胞藻大水体培养实验的实验内容设计试卷并对上该实验的学生和未上该实验的学生进行了笔试。考试结果表明上课学生成绩显著高于未上课学生(P<0.001)。通过该实验课学习学生掌握了单胞藻大水体培养技术。 Live Food Culture experiment is an important course for students majoring in aquaculture and in aquaria science and technology.Experimental teaching plays an important role in this course.Following the traditional teaching plan,students have no chance to learn the unicellular algae tank-culture technique through an experimental lesson.In order to improve the live food experimental course,a self-made cultivation equipment was utilized to set up a new experimental lesson,unicellular algae tank-culture.The teaching process of the new lesson was smooth.At the end of the lesson,a written examination was conducted.The results of the examination showed that the mean score of students attending this lesson was significantly higher than that of students absenting this lesson(P<0.001).The unicellular algae tank-culture technique was mastered by students attending this lesson.
