探究血细胞分析联合生化检验对乙肝的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Blood Cell Analysis Combined with Biochemical Test for Hepatitis B

目的探究血细胞分析联合生化检验对乙肝的诊断价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年2月于苏州大学附属独墅湖医院收治的44例乙型肝炎患者作为观察组,并选取同期于本院体检健康者44例作为对照组。所有研究对象的血液样本进行血细胞分析及生化检验。观察并比较两组血细胞分析检验指标与生化检验指标,计算血细胞分析、生化检验及两种方法联合检验的检查敏感度、特异度以及准确度。结果观察组平均血小板体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)、平均红细胞体积(mean corpuscular volume,MCV)、红细胞分布宽度(red cell distribution width,RDW)、血小板体积分布宽度(platelet distribution width,PDW)各项指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组丙氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、γ-谷氨酰氨基转肽酶(gamma-glutamyltransferase,GGT)指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血细胞分析、生化检验、两种方法联合检验乙肝的敏感度分别为75.00%、79.55%、86.36%,特异度为88.64%、88.64%、93.18%,准确度为81.82%、84.09%、89.77%。结论血细胞分析及生化检验乙肝的相关指标均呈高表达,且联合检验具有更高的敏感度、特异度以及准确度。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of blood cell analysis combined with biochemical test for hepatitis B.Methods 44 patients with hepatitis B admitted to Dushu Lake Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 44 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood samples of all subjects were analyzed and biochemical tests were performed.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of blood cell analysis,biochemical test and combined test of the two groups were calculated.Results Mean platelet volume(MPV),mean corpuscular volume(MCV)and red cell distribution width(RDW)and the levels of platelet distribution width(PDW)in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of aspartate aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivities of blood cell analysis,biochemical test and combination of the two methods were 75.00%,79.55%and 86.36%,respectively,and the specificity was 88.64%,88.64%,93.18%,and the accuracy was 81.82%,84.09%,89.77%.Conclusion The blood cell analysis and biochemical test of hepatitis B showed high expression,and the combined test had higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.
