摘要
目的探讨氯吡格雷辅助阿司匹林对急性缺血性脑血管病患者神经功能及人脑髓鞘碱性蛋白(myelin basic protein,MBP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)血清表达的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2021年9月江宿迁市钟吾医院神经内科收治的90例急性缺血性脑血管病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组给予氯吡格雷辅助阿司匹林治疗,比较两组神经功能情况、MBP及CRP水平。结果治疗4周后,观察组脑卒中量表评分[(11.25±1.06)分vs(9.16±0.96)分]、MBP、CRP、血清基质金属肽酶9(matrix metallopeptidase 9,MMP-9)、CRP、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平及血液纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)、全血黏度(whole blood viscosity,WBV)、血浆黏度(plasma viscosity,PV)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性缺血性脑血管病患者行氯吡格雷辅助阿司匹林治疗,可有效改善神经功能,降低MBP及CRP水平,改善血液粘度。
Objective To investigate the effects of clopidogrel assisted aspirin on neurological function and serum expression of myelin basic protein(MBP)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to the Department of Neurology of Zhongwu Hospital Suqian from June 2018 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given aspirin treatment,and the observation group was given clopidogrel assisted aspirin treatment.The neurological function,MBP and CRP levels were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the stroke scale(NIHSS)score[(11.25±1.06)points vs(9.16±0.96)points],MBP,CRP,serum matrix metallopeptide-9(MMP-9),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels,fibrinogen(FIB),whole blood viscosity(WBV)and plasma viscosity(PV)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin therapy in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease can effectively improve nerve function,reduce MBP and CRP levels,and improve blood viscosity.
