注射用盐酸倍他司汀联合养血清脑颗粒在眩晕治疗中的应用疗效分析

Clinical Observation on the Application of Betahistine Hydrochloride Injection Combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules in the Treatment of Vertigo

目的分析注射用盐酸倍他司汀联合养血清脑颗粒在眩晕治疗中的应用疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2023年4月济宁市兖州区人民医院神经内科收治的94例眩晕患者为研究对象,遵循随机数表法分为两组,对比组(47例)使用注射用盐酸倍他司汀+氟桂利嗪治疗,结合组(47例)使用盐酸倍他司汀+氟桂利嗪+养血清脑颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,结合组的眩晕情况优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结合组的血流速度高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结合组的治疗疗效(97.87%)高于对比组(82.98%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.020,P<0.05);结合组的不良反应情况与对比组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将注射用盐酸倍他司汀联合养血清脑颗粒运用到眩晕患者治疗中,能够使患者的眩晕情况得到改善,同时,还可加快血流速度,提高治疗疗效,且安全性较好,适合普及应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of betahistine hydrochloride injection combined with Yangxue Qingnao granules in the treatment of dizziness.Methods 94 dizziness patients admitted to the Department of Neurology at Yanzhou District People′s Hospital in Jining City from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(47 cases)was treated with injection of betahistine hydrochloride and flunarizine,while the combination group(47 cases)was treated with betahistine hydrochloride,flunarizine hydrochloride,and Yangxue Qingnao granules.Compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the dizziness in the combination group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The blood flow velocity of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The therapeutic effect of the combination group(97.87%)was higher than that of the control group(82.98%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.020,P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the combination group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of betahistine hydrochloride injection combined with Yangxue Qingnao granules in the treatment of dizziness patients can improve their dizziness condition,accelerate blood flow rate,improve treatment efficacy,and have good safety,making it suitable for widespread application.
