O型臂导航下骨盆骨折的精准外科治疗临床研究

摘要 目的O型臂导航下骨盆骨折的精准外科治疗临床研究。方法选取2021年9月—2022年9月于广东省韶关市粤北人民医院诊治骨盆骨折的60例患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组行牵引闭合复位术,观察组行O型臂导航下进行精准手术。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时长、住院时长、骨折愈合用时术后骨盆垂直移位等指标均小于对照组,观察组平均复位距离大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组髋关节恢复优良率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于骨盆骨折的患者,进行O型臂导航下的精准外科手术治疗,可提高临床疗效。 Objective To investigate the effect and clinical significance of precise surgical treatment on O-arm navigation in patients with pelvic fracture.Methods 60 patients treated for pelvic fracture in North Guangdong People′s Hospital Shaoguan,Guangdong Province from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent traction closed reduction,and the observation group underwent precise surgical treatment under O-arm navigation.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The indexes of intraoperative blood loss,operation duration,hospital stay,fracture healing time and postoperative vertical pelvic displacement in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and the average reduction distance was larger than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of hip recovery in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the control group 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the patients with pelvic fracture,the O-arm guided precise surgical treatment can improve the clinical effect.
