缩宫素注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗产后出血的临床研究

Clinical Study of Oxytocin Injection Combined with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血(postpartum hemorrhage,PPH)的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月明光市人民医院90例PPH患者作为研究对象,根据患者具体情况及药物治疗方案的差异进行分组,每组45例。常规组给予缩宫素治疗,研究组在常规组基础上给予卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组产妇的临床疗效、产后出血量、药物不良反应等指标。结果研究组有效率为95.56%,高于常规组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.665,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组产妇不同时间段的产后出血量均呈下降趋势,且研究组降幅更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组药物不良反应发生率高于研究组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缩宫素注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗PPH具有显著的临床效果,且安全性较高。

Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage(PPH).Methods A total of 90 patients with PPH in Mingguang People′s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into 45 cases in each group according to the specific conditions of the patients and the differences in drug treatment plans.The conventional group was treated with oxytocin,and the study group was treated with caprost tramine on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,postpartum blood loss and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than that of the conventional group(75.56%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.665,P<0.05).After treatment,the amount of postpartum blood loss in different time periods of the two groups showed a decreasing trend,and the decrease was more obvious in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the conventional group was higher than that in the study group,but there was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin injection combined with caprost triol injection in the treatment of PPH has a significant clinical effect and high safety.
