奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨化疗+贝伐单抗靶向治疗晚期结直肠癌的效果分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Oxaliplatin Combined with Capecitabine Chemotherapy+Bevacizumab Targeted Treatment for Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨晚期结直肠癌以奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨化疗+贝伐单抗靶向治疗方案、奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨化疗方案行治疗的临床功效。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月巨野县人民医院收治的80例晚期结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法方式分组,每组40例。对照组患者治疗采取奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨化疗方案,观察组患者治疗采取奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨化疗+贝伐单抗靶向治疗方案。两组患者开展治疗前、后肿瘤相关指标、不良反应发生率、治疗有效率作比较分析。结果观察组患者经治疗,癌胚抗原、CA724、CA199等肿瘤相关指标均有明显改善,较对照组治疗后良好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗有效率95.00%显著高于对照组77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。结论晚期结直肠癌治疗中,奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨化疗+贝伐单抗靶向治疗方案的实施,能够有效干预患者病情,治疗效果良好。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of advanced colorectal cancer treated with oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy+bevacizumab targeted therapy regimen,oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy regimen line.Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,80 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer in Juye County People′s Hospital were selected as research subjects,and were divided into groups of 40 patients according to a randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy program.The observation group was treated with oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy+bevacizumab targeted therapy program.Tumor-related indexes,incidence of adverse reactions and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,carcinoembryonic antigen,CA724,CA199 tumor-related indexes of patients in the observation group were significantly improved,which was better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 77.50%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,the implementation of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy+bevacizumab targeted therapy program can effectively intervene in the patient′s condition,and the therapeutic effect is good.
