围产期奶牛脂肪动员对肝脏健康的影响及其机制

摘要 围产期是奶牛的重要生理阶段,同时也是营养代谢性疾病多发、高发的时期。脂肪组织脂解加剧,血清游离脂肪酸含量增加,大量脂肪酸进入肝脏造成脂质积累以及神经酰胺生成,大量脂肪酸氧化造成氧化不完全以及氧脂的生成。脂肪酸的这些代谢变化大部分都发生在肝脏并且与肝脏的营养分配密切相关,奶牛若无法适应这些代谢变化极易影响肝脏健康。本文综述了脂肪酸在肝脏中的营养分配及其对奶牛肝脏健康的影响,为奶牛的健康养殖及脂肪酸与肝脏健康相关的研究提供理论基础。 The perinatal period is an important physiological stage of dairy cows,and it is also a period of high incidence of nutritional metabolic diseases.Lipolysis of adipose tissue is aggravated,serum free fatty acids are increased,many fatty acids enter the liver,resulting in lipid accumulation and ceramide production,and many fatty acids are oxidized,resulting in incomplete oxidation and the generation of oxylipids.Most of these fatty acids metabolic changes occur in the liver and are closely related to the nutrient partitioning in the liver.If cows cannot adapt to these metabolic changes,they are likely to affect the liver health.This review summarizes the nutrient partitioning of fatty acids in the liver and their effects on the liver health of dairy cows,to provide a theoretical basis for the healthy breeding of dairy cows and the research on fatty acids and liver health.
