新时代高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室建设实践探索——以海南大学化学工程教师党支部为例

A Practical Exploration of the Construction of the"Double Leader"Teachers'Party Branch Secretary's Studio in the New Era——A Case Study of the Chemical Engineering Teachers'Party Branch of Hainan University

“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室培育工程是新时代党加强与改进高校基层党组织建设的一项重要举措。该文以校级“双带头人”工作室建设为载体,充分发挥“双带头人”党建带头人和学科带头人的双重“领头雁”作用,以强化支部政治功能、抓好党建主责主业、提升思想政治工作质量、促进学校事业发展、加强党支部班子建设为目标,提出思想铸魂为统领、对标争先筑基础、课程思政育新人、党建业务双融合、选优配强塑梯队五个方面的工作举措,通过实践探索取得良好的效果,为推进新时代高校“双带头人”工作室的示范推广提供借鉴参考。

"Double leaders"Teachers'Party Branch Studio Cultivation Project is an important act to reinforce and enhance the construction of Party organization.In this paper,we use school level"Double leaders"studio construction as a carrier to illustrate the double leading role of party construction and discipline of the"Double leaders".Our construction objects are to strengthen the political function of the branch,pay attention to the main responsibility and main business of the party building,improve the quality of ideological and political work,promote the development of the school cause,strengthen the construction of the party branch team.Under practical exploration,we proposed five procedures,including founding soul as a lead,party building based on bench marking,ideological and political education to foster student,party building and academic as an integration,and optimum the branch leader team,which may afford reference to lead a way to"Double leaders"Teachers'Party Branch Studio in higher education for a new era.
