食品理化检验课程思政教学设计与实践探索——以右江民族医学院为例

食品理化检验作为食品质检体系的一个重要环节,是保障人民群众食品安全的必要手段和重要屏障。因此,在食品理化检验课程的教学过程中积极融入思政元素,培养出政治素养好、政治站位高且具备良好职业道德和强烈的社会责任感的高素质食品理化检验人才,对保障人民群众“舌尖上的安全”具有重要意义。该文以食品理化检验课程为例,阐述在课程思政育人目标、总体设计、思政元素发掘与融入、教学方法的改革及思政育人保障体系等内容上的改革工作,以期为高校食品理化检验课程的课程思政教学改革工作提供建议和参考。

Physical and chemical analysis of food,as an important part of the food quality inspection system,is a necessary means and important barrier to ensure the food safety of the people.Therefore,actively integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching process of the course of Food Physical and Chemical Inspection,cultivating high-quality food physical and chemical inspection talents with good political literacy,high political standing,good professional ethics,and strong sense of social responsibility,is of great significance for ensuring the"safety on the tongue"of the people.The article takes the course of Physical and Chemical Analysis of Food as an example to elaborate on the goals,overall design,exploration and integration of ideological and political elements,reform of teaching methods,and the guarantee system for ideological and political education in the course.It aims to provide suggestions and references for the reform of ideological and political education in the course of Physical and Chemical Analysis of Food in universities.
