煤矸石混凝土抗拉性能及破坏形态研究

摘要 煤矸石是煤矿产生中的非煤产物,目前我国煤矸石存量约为80亿t,大量的煤矸石堆积不仅占用耕地面积,而且会对周围环境造成危害。当前土建用砂石资源紧张,如能够将处理后的煤矸石用于工程结构中,不仅能消纳大量的废弃煤矸石,减少煤矸石对环境的污染,同时也可拓宽工程用混凝土的砂石来源途径,减少开山挖石、破坏环境的危害。该文主要的研究工作如下,以六盘水虹桥新区某洗煤厂的煤矸石为研究对象,对煤矸石的堆积密度、表观密度、吸水率和压碎指标等进行试验分析,可得出该地区生产的煤矸石用作混凝土中的粗骨料是可行的。此外,该文利用煤矸石作为粗骨料代替部分碎石,研究煤矸石混凝土的抗拉性能及破坏形态。 Coal gangue is a non-coal product produced by coal mines.At present,the stock of coal gangue in China is about 8 billion tons.A large number of coal gangue accumulation not only occupies the area of cultivated land,but also causes harm to the surrounding environment.At present,there is a shortage of sand and gravel resources for civil construction.If the treated coal gangue can be used in the engineering structure,then it can not only absorb a large number of waste coal gangue and reduce the environmental pollution of coal gangue,but it can also broaden the sources of sand and gravel of engineering concrete,thereby will reduce the harm of digging stones and destroying the environment.The main research work of this paper is as follows:taking the coal gangue of a coal preparation plant in Hongqiao New District of Liupanshui City as the research object,the stacking density,apparent density,water absorption and crushing index of coal gangue are tested and analyzed.It can be concluded that the coal gangue produced in this area can be used as coarse aggregate in concrete.In addition,this paper uses coal gangue as coarse aggregate to replace part of macadam to study the tensile properties and failure morphology of coal gangue concrete.
