摘要
基于甲醇民用炊事灶具使用过程配套自驱动分装式储罐需求,该文通过对甲醇分装式储罐内胆材料橡胶的耐溶胀性、特性进行研究。结果表明,丁腈橡胶在试验时间24 h、72 h、7 d、14 d、21 d和28 d条件下质量变化率基本在0左右保持不变;同时,对丁腈橡胶外径变化率进行测试,在相同的试验时间外径变化基本在0左右浮动。结合橡胶的收缩率特性,综合考虑丁腈橡胶作为一款综合性能良好的橡胶,可以提高储罐使用寿命和效率。接着对橡胶溶胀抑制剂展开探索,通过正交设计试验,综合考虑质量变化率与外径变化率可以选择过氧化二异丙苯作为橡胶抑制剂。
Based on the requirement of self-driving separate storage tank in the use process of methanol civil cooking stove,the swelling resistance and characteristics of rubber in methanol separate storage tank were studied in this paper.The results showed that the mass change rate of NBR remained about 0 under the test time of 24 h,72 h,7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d.At the same time,the change rate of outer diameter of NBR fluctuated about 0 at the same test time.According to the shrinkage characteristics of rubber,the comprehensive consideration of nitrile butadiene rubber as a kind of rubber with good comprehensive properties can improve the service life and efficiency of storage tanks.Then,this paper explores the rubber swelling inhibitor and,through the orthogonal design test and considering the mass change rate and outer diameter change rate comprehensively,it is concluded that dicumyl peroxide can be selected as the rubber inhibitor.
