多功能社区服务中心创新设计研究

公共卫生事件加大了人们对突发公共卫生问题的关注,平疫转换空间模式可以有效提升社区防灾能力和韧性水平。基于平疫转换功能需求,开展大跨空间社区服务中心设计研究,研究平疫转换功能的实现方式,旨在设计一种多功能社区服务中心,平时可作为社区居民的文化娱乐健身场所,在突发公共卫生事件情景下,可满足检测隔离、疫苗注射等功能要求。该社区服务中心大跨度梁采用钢筋桁架,其余梁为新型圆角多边形孔蜂窝梁,可以节省钢材。此外,在结构设计中采用交叉布置的三重钢管防屈曲支撑,为结构提供抗侧刚度,避免地震时发生严重破坏,确保结构安全。结构整体为装配式,利用可升降防火卷帘作为隔墙,以实现平疫转换功能。结构连接节点采用螺纹锚固单边螺栓,便于施工,有效保证节点连接质量。经设计研究,本社区服务中心可实现平疫转换,满足社区中心多功能需求,经济适用。

The arrival of the new crown epidemic has increased our concern about sudden public health problems,and the spatial model of level-epidemic conversion can effectively improve the community disaster preparedness and resilience level.Based on the demand of level epidemic conversion function,a research on the design of community service center with large span space is carried out to study the realization mode of level epidemic conversion function,aiming to design a multifunctional community service center,which can be used as a cultural entertainment and fitness place for community residents in normal times,and can meet the functional requirements of detection and isolation,vaccination,etc.under the sudden public health scenario.The large span beam of this community service center is made of steel truss,and the rest of the beams are new rounded polygon hole honeycomb beams,which can save steel.In addition,cross-arranged triple steel tube anti-buckling supports are used in the structural design to provide lateral stiffness for the structure to avoid serious damage during earthquakes and ensure structural safety.The structure as a whole is assembled,using the liftable fire shutter as a partition wall to realize the flat epidemic conversion function.The structure connection nodes use threaded anchor single-sided bolts to facilitate construction and effectively ensure the quality of node connections.After the design study,this community service center can realize the flat epidemic conversion to meet the multifunctional needs of the community center and is economical and applicable.
